Key Business Institute, Inc. ("KeyBI") is proud to offer you our iron clad satisfaction guarantee! Please see below for specific guidelines.
Products - KeyBI Product
Any product purchased which is produced under the Key
Business Institute name and logo is backed by a 30 day unconditional satisfaction
guarantee. If for any reason you are not delighted with the product you
may return it for a full refund of your entire purchase price. Products
delivered electronically require certification that you have deleted the
product and that you have not copied or distributed the product to anyone
else.
Products - KeyBI Affiliate Product
Products produced by KeyBI affiliates follow the affiliates'
guarantee policies. However, if you purchase the product through KeyBI
we will work diligently with our affiliate to ensure you receive a full
refund if you are not satisified with the product.
Training Events
If you attend a KeyBI produced training event,
and after 1/2 of the event is complete you are not delighted with the
content and do not feel that it is worthwhile, you are entitled to a full
refund of your entire seminar enrollment fee. You must return any materials
provided during the event.
Changes to this Policy
If we change our guarantee policy, we will post the
updated policy on our website at www.KeyBI.com.
