At Key Business Institute, Inc. (“KeyBI”), we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our clients and visitors, and have established this privacy policy as a result. Below, we describe why we gather client information, what information we collect, how we collect it, what we use the information for, and how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information.

Why do we gather information?
KeyBI strives to provide our clients with quality services and products. We gather personal information to allow us to process your orders, requests, and enter your subscriptions to our e-mail newsletter(s).

What information do we gather?
When you order from us in person or through our web site, we may collect the following information: your name, e-mail and postal address, phone number, fax number, products purchased, and any relevant promotion code and information. If orders are entered on our site, you are passed to a verified third party who processes your payment. This may be 2CO.com for credit cards or PayPal for credit cards or PayPal payments. Our third party processors have their own privacy policies which can be accessed via their websites. When you register for our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address and first name to deliver the newsletter to you. We do NOT collect credit card information from you at any time.

Cookies
We use cookies to enhance your shopping, interactive community discussion, and overall browsing experience. The text in a cookie, by itself, only tells us that you have visited a particular section of our site before, such as our Discussion Forum or Store. It does not store any personal information such as your name, e-mail address, street address, or phone number. Cookies are also used to maintain your shopping basket. All data contained in the shopping basket is kept on our server and not in the cookie your machine is assigned.

How we use the information we collect about you.
We use information we collect from you to process your orders. In the event you order a product from us that is provided by an affiliate of KeyBI we will make only the information you provide which is necessary for the affiliate to ship your order to you available to the affiliate (e.g. address and other shipping related information). In no instance do we provide your email, credit card, or other billing information to the affiliate, nor do we share your information with third parties who trade or rent information for direct marketing purposes. Other than the above mentioned order fulfillment, we do not send any of your information to any parties outside of KeyBI. Note -- if you order using a credit card or PayPal via our website you are redirected to our third party processor as noted above and you enter your account information directly in their system for payment processing.

Comments submitted at the web site or via e-mail become the property of KeyBI, and may be displayed on our web site and in other KeyBI promotions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before publicizing any comments you may submit.

Security
When you order or pay for services with a credit card number, this information is stored only temporarily in our ordering system. After your order process is complete the information is deleted and is not retained by KeyBI. If you enter the order online no KeyBI personnel ever possess your credit card or PayPal information as you provide this directly to our third party processor -- 2CO.com or PayPal depending on your payment selection. If you provide us with your billing information by fax or verbally the only location in which we store this number is our financial billing system and this system is protected by various layers of security protocols, with authorized personnel only able to view this information. If an online order takes you to the website or payment processing center of an affiliate, KeyBI no longer controls the storage of credit card information and therefore this policy is not applicable.

Corrections and Changes to Your Contact Information
If you would like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please contact us with your new information.

Consent and Changes to this Policy
Subject to the above provisions, by ordering from KeyBI you consent to the collection and use of information by us. If we change our privacy policy, we will post the updated policy on our website at www.KeyBI.com.
